New - Edit Your Itinerary on the Road

WorldMate Live lets you do more on the road. You can now edit your itinerary straight on your BlackBerry smartphone anywhere in the world. Just click the menu to "Edit" or "Add" any itinerary item. And even check addresses and flight numbers on line, so you automatically get full, exact information.

New - Get Travel Confirmations Directly to Your BlackBerry® Smartphone

You can now have your travel supplier automatically send confirmations directly into the WorldMate Live system. This means that you do not have to manually forward confirmation emails from Outlook, and that changes that you make to your bookings are automatically reflected in your itinerary - even while you're on the move. To do this, just have your travel provider cc: the following address on the confirmation emails they send you: 'cc@worldmatelive.com' .

New - Improved Outlook Add-in

We've got a new Outlook add-in that supports Outlook 2007, and gets much better performance on previous versions of Outlook. This means you'll notice smoother operation. If you had problems before - this is the time to upgrade to the new version! To download, simply go to your WorldMate Live Web account, click on 'Downloads' and download the Outlook add-in.

Tips for better trips

View your itinerary on a map
See how far your 10 o'clock meeting is from your lunch meeting.
Click "map my itinerary" in your WorldMate Live Web application and view all your itinerary items on a map to find out locations, distances and driving routes!

Share your travel plans with your colleagues and friends
Send your itinerary to your colleagues and friends - let them know when you are arriving.
Choose the itinerary you would like to send on your BlackBerry and click "Share Itinerary". You can also send it from your WorldMate Live Web application by using the 'Send Itinerary' tool.

Find public transportation in WorldMate Live
Plan ahead for public transportation - use the 'map my itinerary' feature in the web application, and zoom in on your meetings / hotel to find the nearest stations. Add the station names to your itinerary items as notes, and you'll have real time public transportation guidance when you get there!

"Last month my carrier caused me to miss my connection. The attendants at 'Customer Service' are almost as tired and grouchy as the customers. Mine claimed there were no more flights out that night to my destination.
