"Last month my carrier caused me to miss my connection. The attendants at 'Customer Service' are almost as tired and grouchy as the customers. Mine claimed there were no more flights out that night to my destination. I gave her the flight number and time on a competing carrier [that I found in WorldMate Live], and she grudgingly got me a ticket. I lost my First class upgrade, but I got home a day sooner. The poor guy next to me was still arguing with his rep as I was leaving. Worth every penny if you fly even occasionally."
